The Acura NSX race car is finally available, right in time for the 2018 season.

If you’re looking for a new race car for the 2018 season, the Acura NSX GT3 can be yours for a starting price of €465,000, or approximately $543,117. Honda says that final USD currency conversion pricing is established at contract signing, but you can expect it to be in the half-a-million range.

The Acura NSX GT3 has completed more than 50,000 miles of on-track development in its inaugural season, on its way to two race victories. The NSX GT3 is eligible to race in more than two dozen FIA-sanctioned racing series around the world, including the Pirelli World Challenge and WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series in North America, the Blancpain GT Series and 24 Hours of Nurburgring in Europe, the Blancpain GT Series Asia and GT Asia Series, the Super GT GT300 class in Japan, the Australian GT Championship, and the Intercontinental GT Challenge.

Additional options and complete customer support, including parts and service, training, and engineering services are available. Honda Performance Development is responsible for orders in North America, while JAS Motorsport is handling sales in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia – excluding Japan. Mugen is responsible for all sales in Japan.

Powering the NSX GT3 is the production-based 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine paired to an Xtrac semi-automatic six-speed sequential gearbox.

“We are extremely pleased with the progress and success of the NSX GT3 in our inaugural season,” said Art St. Cyr, president of HPD.  “Winning at Detroit and Watkins Glen, two very different circuits, in this highly competitive class illustrates the breadth of capabilities of the NSX GT3.  We look forward to seeing the car in Victory Circle at tracks around the world in 2018 and beyond.”
